• Rates are based on per unit or apartment per night and inclusive of 10% Service Charge and 11% Government Tax.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice. For best available rates, book directly through our ONLINE RESERVATIONS at our WEBSITE or at Social Media FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM or GOOGLE PAGE.
• Rates are based on Room Only and are non-commissionable.
• All reservations must be guaranteed by a payment deposit to secure a booking.
• Extra rollaway beds are chargeable at Rp250,000 net per night
• Check in time: 14.00hrs (2:00pm) & Check out time: 11.00hrs (11:00am). If we have the unit ready earlier, we are more than happy to issue before check in time however it will be subjected to availability and at Management’s discretion.
• Any extension up to 18.00hrs (6pm) will be subject to a surcharge of 50% on tariff rates. Anytime thereafter 18.00hrs (6pm) it will be at full day’s rate.

• Special deals for stays of more than 30 nights. (Peak Season not included)

Normal Season
1^st May to 31^st October

Peak Season
19th December to 10th January. Surcharge of addition 20% on top of Normal Rate

Off Season
February, March & November – 18^th December

Cancellation Policies

Normal Season

• All cancellations need to be informed to us in writing at least 14 days prior to date of arrival.
• For No Shows and late cancellations, a one-night charge will be applied.
• For Early departures (depart earlier than the original booked date of departure), a one-night advance room charge will be imposed.

Peak Season Cancellation

• For cancellations done 60 days prior to arrival – No cancellation charges.
• For cancellations done 30 – 59 days prior to arrival – one night cancellation charge.
• For cancellations done 0 – 30 days prior to arrival – full length of stay cancellation charges. No Shows or Early Departures full length of stay room charges will be applied.

Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy for any bookings is, no refunds for deposit or booking payments. Any monies owed to a booking after the cancellation will be applied to another booking later for a future date.
